Welcome to the Badger Bus Ticketing Site.

Badger Bus offers six round trips daily between Madison and downtown Milwaukee, including Mitchell Airport, Goerkes Corner and Milwaukee 84th Street. Badger Bus also offers weekend service to Minneapolis, with stops at La Crosse, Rochester, and Minneapolis, including the UM Coffman Union and the Mpls/St Paul Airport.

If you are familiar with our routes and locations, you can use the “Quick Trip Planner” below-left to plan a basic trip. For a more detailed plan or to schedule up to four trips at one time, please use the “Complete Trip Planner” option.

In order to purchase tickets online with Badger Bus, you must create an online account. To do so, click the “Sign Up” button on the upper right corner of this site. You can count on Badger Bus to get you to your destination safely and on time. There’s no delay the Badger way!

Memorial Union Service Change for Sunday 3-14-10
Due to the Shamrock Shuffle 5k & 10k race that will be running on Sunday, 3-14-10, Badger Bus WILL NOT be able to make the scheduled stops at the Memorial Union from 830am to 1230pm. This will prevent the Badger Bus from making its normal pickup at 935am and 1205pm on that day (as well as the drop off at 830am and 1150am). We have made arrangements to pick up and drop off passengers in front of Chazen Museum at 800 University Ave. The bus will pick up in front of the Museum at the regular Union times of 935am and 1205pm. Online passengers will choose the Chazen Museum Stop when buying their ticket. Remember to be at the stop at least 10 minutes prior to departure time. Badger Bus EXPRESS Service to Minneapolis for Spring Break!
Badger Bus will offer EXPRESS service from Madison to Minneapolis (includes Mpls/St Paul Airport, Coffman Union, Mpls Downtown) on 3-25-10 & 3-26-10. Departure time on each day will be at 3pm from the Memorial Union. Arrival in Mpls is scheduled for 830pm. Buy your ticket right here at badgerbus.com today to reserve your spot!
Badger Bus & Jefferson Lines Minneapolis service for Spring Break update
As noted above, Badger will offer express service to Mpls on Friday 3-26-10 & back on Sunday 4-4-10. For passengers traveling to or from La Crosse, Winona or Rochester, the regular departure schedules will operate. For the full schedule, click on the Schedule and Prices button on the left of your screen and enter the date (3-26-10 or 4-4-10) you want to travel. UPDATE ** Notice for passengers traveling on our service from Milwaukee area to Minneapolis area
Passengers who are traveling from the Milwaukee area to one of our stops on the Badger/Jefferson shared weekend service to the Minneapolis area will make a transfer at Dutch Mill Park N Ride. The transfer time is only 10-15 minutes and there is a bus shelter at the Dutch Mill location to wait for the connecting bus. If you are traveling from the Mpls area, the same thing will apply - transfer at Dutch Mill with a 10-15 minute wait for the next bus. Schedule Change for Badger Bus starts Tuesday September 1, 2009!
Effective September 1, 2009, Badger Bus is making a major schedule change on the DAILY service from Madison and Milwaukee. The Madison Depot will be closing on 8-31-09. Starting September 1, 2009, our two main stops in Madison will be at the Memorial Union and the Dutch Mill Park N Ride. For a complete listing of our new schedules by week - Please click on the "Schedules and Prices" button on the left of the screen. For details on the NEW Dutch Mill stop, please click on the Pickup Locations button also on the left. Please make a note of the new schedule! Passengers can now cancel and reschedule their online ticket! *Update*
Effective 12-1-08, passengers who have purchased a non refundable online ticket will now be able to cancel their trip at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled trip and receive a Badger Dollar credit to use towards another online ticket. To make your cancellation, you will sign into your online account and click on the "My Account" button by your name. That will take you to your account history and just click "Cancel" on the trip you want to cancel or change. Please note that tickets are non refundable so no Credit Card refunds are available. Online Ticket Restrictions
Tickets online must be purchased at least 30 minutes prior to the first stop on the route. Also, when scheduling your ticket online at badgerbus.com, please note that tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. If your plans change after purchase, you can now cancel your own trip and receive an online credit good towards another online purchase. Please note that any cancellation must be done at least 30 minutes prior to your originally scheduled departure.
